বছরের শেষে দায়িত্ত্বশীল আধিকারিক দের  পর্যালোচনা করা হয়।  যারা ফেল করলো অর্থাৎ সারা বছর তাদের কাজের টার্গেট পুরো করতে পারেনি , তাদের তাদের দায়িত্ববান হন বলে চিৎকার করে কি করতে হলো দেখুন :-
